Belinda Deery has been appointed as Pentland Brands new chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Belinda is an experienced CHRO, having held HR leadership roles within FTSE-listed, private equity and family-owned global companies such as Clarks, New Look, House of Fraser and Debenhams.
Belinda joins Pentland this month from the behavioural change consultancy, KultraLab, where she’s been chief insight & solutions officer for the past two years. Prior to KultraLab, Belinda spent nine years at Clarks in the roles of HR director, global talent director and, latterly, chief people officer.
In her new role as a member of the Pentland Brands executive team, Belinda will lead the HR services, recruitment, reward, employee engagement and internal communications teams across the business and brands globally. She will also focus on creating a people-first organisation and a culture programme that will help Pentland Brands continue to grow as a pioneering and positive place for people to work.
