WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

This is a fundamental role working on Pentlands growing global B2B sites as we enhance, improve & change to ensure our platforms are fit for the future.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Training Coordinator (FTC), you will be responsible for:

  • Creating & overseeing the overall comms & training programme for the project
  • Understand the impacted stakeholders & regularly review & update stakeholder map & impact assessments
  • Send regular updates & comms to the business to update on tool readiness
  • Work alongside IT team to oversee production of training materials and communications artefacts
  • Coordinate & organizes all business comms & training sessions for stakeholders
  • Work closely with our 3rd party vendor to set training agenda & co lead the sessions where appropriate
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and training
  • Help to coordinate & gather feedback from teams to help us identify potential risks, and unlock roadblocks
  • Set & oversee plan for customer login comms & training
  • Oversee hypercare & provide the team with appropriate support & retraining

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

  • Effective time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Process driven and understands the importance of strong governance and control
  • Able to be hands-on and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience of planning, designing and implementing training programmes
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactic
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle advantageous.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges advantageous

This is a Hybrid (Nottingham) or Home-based role on a 6 months fixed term contract.
