Volunteer for training delivery events in-person or virtually for employees across various departments wherever required.

Collaborate with managers and key stakeholders to understand and freeze learning objectives and assess if any additional support materials required.

Take initiatives to setup sessions with subject matter experts to gain knowledge and skills on systems, tools, and processes to meet specific training needs.

Develop learning structure, instructional content slides, narratives, assessments, and multimedia elements (e.g. record audio, demo videos, simulations, lab and user guides, job aids)

Learn new technology software systems and processes quickly and pass knowledge on to learners.

Adhere to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time.

Assist trainers in developing instructor-led presentation content slides whenever needed.
