WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
We are looking for a NPI Coordinator, who will support the New Product Innovation team to make our processes as smooth and as seamless as possible, keeping projects on track for brands Speedo and Endura!
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As NPI Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Project Management: You will manage deadlines and progress across the team to help ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
Getting closer to the consumers: You will be gathering data and research to co-ordinate & co-run focus groups, a key part of our innovation projects.
Bringing the outside in: You will be responsible for researching & co-ordinating potential partners and experts who can expand our thinking.
Testing & Learning: You will co-ordinate and run test activities for concepts and ensure that key milestones are clear, communicated and adhered to.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

You have demonstrated experience coordinating projects, including monitoring project budgets.
You have experience arranging and running consumer focus groups.
