WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
As a Marketing Manager for Berghaus, you will be responsible for executing and delivering compelling brand campaigns and activation platforms across key markets. You will act as a key liaison with our global network of partners, as well as our digital and commercial teams, ensuring our product ranges and marketing stories connect with consumers. Your role will be crucial in driving brand awareness and brand heat.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
Brand Campaigns and Initiatives
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Brand in delivering the Global Brand Plan.
- Lead specific projects and initiatives to achieve key brand and business objectives, working closely with partners to deploy the growth strategy in key markets.
Campaign Management
- Ensure the timely creation and execution of marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy and drive consumer behavior.
- Manage day-to-day activities with agencies and partners, ensuring on-budget delivery and creative, on-brand execution of campaigns.
Partner Marketing Support
- Work alongside the Senior Partner Marketing Manager to provide global partners with essential campaign assets, toolkits, content calendars, and e-commerce imagery.
- Act as the key point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring assets are delivered according to schedule.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute and deliver elements of the Brand Plan through key license and distribution partners.
Event and Project Management
- Co-manage the production and delivery of brand projects, including activation platforms, collaborations, and launch events or conferences.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
- You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:
- A passion for the outdoors and knowledge of the performance apparel market would be highly advantageous.
- Experience managing brands campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Experience working with timelines, budgets and coordinating cross functional teams to meet campaign deadlines.
- Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment with brand goals and strategy.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, product marketing and consumer insights.
- A solid understanding of design and storytelling principles.
