WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

We are seeking a Senior Manager, IT – PLM & Planning Systems to lead the technology strategy, implementation, and support of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and planning systems across our global operations. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, drive process improvements, and support business growth.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Senior Manager, IT – PLM & Planning Systems you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute the IT strategy for PLM and planning systems in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of PLM and planning solutions to optimize product development and demand planning processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, designers, merchandisers, and supply chain teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
  • Manage system integrations between PLM, ERP, and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and vendor relationships to ensure best-in-class performance and service.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and support sustainability goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices are maintained within PLM and planning systems.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training to enhance system adoption and usability.

  • Proven Leadership in IT & Business Strategy
    • With extensive experience in core platforms, acquisition/licensing strategies, and enterprise architecture, I have successfully led technology roadmaps that align with business objectives while driving operational efficiencies.
  • Deep Knowledge of Supply Chain & Product Systems
    • Having worked closely with business partners and global supply chain teams, I understand the complexities of product development workflows, sourcing, and demand planning. My expertise ensures seamless integration between PLM, ERP, and planning solutions to enable end-to-end visibility and efficiency.
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
    • I excel in collaborating with business leaders, designers, merchandisers, and supply chain teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions. My ability to manage vendor relationships and system integrations ensures that solutions are future-proof and optimized for business growth.
  • Enterprise-Wide Integration & Data Governance
    • I have extensive experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs and middleware, ensuring smooth data exchange between PLM, ERP, and planning tools. My focus on data security, compliance, and governance ensures the highest standards of system integrity and performance.
  • Driving Digital Transformation & Innovation
    • I have led multiple digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI/ML-driven analytics, sustainability reporting, and advanced forecasting models to enhance decision-making in the fashion and retail sector.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
    • As a leader, I am committed to mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement in IT and business processes..
