WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

This role will be essential in helping the day to day running of a busy photographic studio. From supporting with photographic/video requirements or basic production tasks this role will help ensure the smooth running off the studio production process all daily tasks in day-to day studio. Bringing Photographic, video or editing skills to the studio will help craft a career in any direction.  Working together as a small studio team to ensure the most efficient day -to-day studio workflow.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Junior Photographer  you will be responsible for:

• Supporting wider studio team on any studio production tasks

• Assisting the Photographer with any shoot requirements. Lighting set up, test shoots, acting as a Digi op on certain shoots.

• Supporting the Studio Production Manager in wider production management (scheduling, booking resource, day to day studio planning)

• Shooting basic photography/video requirements

• Supporting wider creative team on campaign/social shoots

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• A background in photography or video
• A good eye for detail and willingness to develop creatively.
• Ability to work well under extreme pressure and change.
• Awareness of industry fashions and trends
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and great interpersonal skills
