WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

As a Go to Market Calendar Manager for Endura, you will be responsible for managing and executing the go-to-market process in collaboration with key business stakeholders. You will work across functions including product, commercial, design, brand, development, supply planning, marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of market entry, product positioning, and demand generation initiatives.

You will have the responsibility for owning and leading cross-functional teams and forums on all elements of the critical path

You will manage all elements of projects within the critical path managing tasks and deadlines ensuing Endura brings propositions to market in full, optimising our commercial success.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Go to Market Calendar Manager you will be responsible for:

Creating, owning and updating the critical path across all processes systems and people right through from concept creation, launch and sell-in to instore activation.

Owning and chairing regular cross- functional meetings, with all relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of the critical path.

You will gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine the go-to-market strategies and tactics.

Be the organiser and owner of go-to-market meetings using a yearly planner.

 Working closely with the commercial teams to align the business to the critical path requirements of our key retail partners.

You will track and report on the success of GTM campaigns and initiatives, adjust strategies based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.

  • You will conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trend and competitive insights.
  • Part of the role will include ensuring that all sell-in tools (EPOS files, catalogues and sell-in decks) are delivered on time by tracking and ensuring the relevant owners deliver against the agreed plan.
  • You will lead the organisation and execution of the 2 – yearly product launches.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a process or project management role preferable in the B2B space.
  • Proven experience with working with cross functional teams and external partners to execute GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead and influence both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics customer segmentation and competitive positioning.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools.
