WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

The role of the EMEA Senior Pricing Analyst is to optimize and maintain accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing strategies across all brands and markets in EMEA. This involves collaborating with key stakeholders, ensuring pricing models are efficient, supporting margin analysis, and aligning pricing with market conditions and business goals to drive growth and profitability in the region.

Ensure timely delivery of customer trade pricing across brands by managing pricing models from SRP to trade prices. Collaborate with merchandising, finance, customer operations, and master data teams to ensure accurate order forms and timely SAP price uploads.

Act as the go to person for margin sense checking or modelling, respond to ad-hoc pricing queries and provide reporting, insight and analysis which gives the region a playback on aspects such as price vs. volume and competitor trends.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our EMEA Senior Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Manage Customer Trade Pricing:
    • Take ownership of seasonal pricing models, ensuring accuracy in calculations and implementation of markups and discounts. Regularly review customer-specific margins, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies. Maintain the model to ensure all formulas function correctly and incorporate changes as directed by customer or brand finance.
  • Margin and Performance Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough gross-to-net margin analyses to provide insights into margin drivers. Support the integration of Sugg,ested Retail Price (SR ) data into reporting systems for comprehensive range performance analysis capacity to develop scenarios around price-point/volume/margin value ratio to identify optimal pricing strategy
  • Pricing Support:
    • Provide dedicated pricing support for SMUs, exclusives, samples and ad-hoc inter­ company transfer pricing adhering to established timelines. Respond effectively to ad­ hoc pricing queries from various teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Order Form and SAP Pricing Management:
    • Collaborate closely with customer operations and Master Data Management (MDM) teams to ensure the accurate creation of order forms and timely uploads of pricing data into SAP for each seasonal range.
  • Process Improvement and Benchmarking:
    • Evaluate pricing processes for efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement. Support competitor benchmarking initiatives and ensure that freight and duty data in pricing models are accurate and up-to-date. Consider opportunities for automation, Al or other technology to drive further efficiencies.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Pricing experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience in pricing or financial analysis within retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing, including expertise in pricing strategies, margin analysis, financial modelling, and competitor benchmarking
  • Experience in Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Proven track record of working collaboratively with various teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems:
    • Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) for managing pricing data and order forms.
  • Analytical & Technical Proficiency;·
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex pricing models and derive actionable insights, combined with advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and exceptional attention to detail for accurate pricing calculations and margin reviews.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication Skills:
    • Effective problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot pricing discrepancies, paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross­ functional teams and managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Preferable: Sports/lifestyle industry experience:
