Canterbury unveil England training range for Rugby World Cup

​On the day the England Rugby World Cup Training Squad is announced, Chris Robshaw and his England teammates have revealed the words that encapsulate their commitment to the rose.

To mark the launch of the new England training kit from Canterbury, squad members including Robshaw, James Haskell and Joe Marler describe what it means to pull on the famous shirt. These feelings have been brought together to create a unique rose made up from dozens of words that illustrate that commitment.

The training range released by Canterbury today gives the nation a glimpse of what the players will wear as they continue preparations for the biggest rugby competition on the planet.

Speaking about what it means to represent the nation, England Captain Chris Robshaw said: “The whole squad takes huge pride in playing for England and it is a massive honour to pull on the shirt and wear the rose.  Representing the country is very special and means a great deal to all of us.”

Today also marks the beginning of Canterbury’s Committed to the Rose campaign, bringing to life the brand’s commitment to the game in this special Rugby World Cup year.

Speaking about the launch of the new range, Canterbury CEO, Chris Stephenson, said: “The new England Training Range demonstrates how both players and fans are at the heart of our campaign as the nation commits to the rose.
