Berghaus has released a limited-edition capsule collection inspired by its heritage in performance outdoor-wear and reimagined for the urban consumer.
With the recent resurgence of people enjoying the outdoors, Berghaus’ new capsule collection, entitled BRGHS//2.22, is designed for those seeking authentic weather protection and on-trend urban style. The capsule speaks to consumers seeking comfort in nostalgia, with a range that takes influence from Berghaus’ history of performance apparel and reinvents it for the future generation.
The collection takes Berghaus’ 50 years of technical apparel experience for the mountains and applies it to the city. Every garment delivers the famous Berghaus performance but offers aesthetic details and new silhouettes built for the urban environment. The premium outerwear features failsafe GORE-TEX waterproofing and Berghaus’ own Hydroshell® technology, offering supreme toughness against the elements with an aesthetic built for urban living.
The future-bound capsule sees Berghaus collaborate with Orienteer Mapazine for a new campaign shot in and around the City of London, spotlighting BRGHS//2.22 in city terrain.
Charlie Pym, Global Brand Director at Berghaus, says: “As a brand that’s committed to helping more people access the outdoors, Berghaus intends to meet the needs of consumers in urban environments head on. BRGHS//2.22 is one of our most significant steps in supporting people to gain all the physical, mental and emotional benefits that come with getting outdoors, not just at the highest peaks but wherever their journey takes them.”
