Content & Creative is Pentland Brands’ centre of excellence for development and production of best-in-class, creative content. We want to build a content factory that powers Pentland’s brands to be the most famous, the most relevant, the most desired and the easiest to purchase. We want to tell beautiful stories about our brilliant brands, stories that bridge between creative communications and creative selling. We need to be ‘chefs at the pass’ for the brands delivering consistency and coherence across all touchpoints. We will have digital baked into everything we do, we will always start with our consumers and then build ideas around their behaviour.

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Designer. You must be passionate about forward-thinking campaigns and have an attention to detail. A combination of concept and craft, creating outstanding defining work for our portfolio of brands in the world of fashion, sports and lifestyle

What you’ll do: 

  • Translate our brands strategies and creative ideas into visual excellence.
  • Lead original thinking displaying strength of design through creative execution; Commercial understanding with unique designs, whilst adhering to Brand guidelines.
  • Bring consumers closer to our brands with elevated and well-crafted content.
  • Work creatively on a broad range of tasks from creating seasonal campaign content, B2B comms, landing pages, digital banners, email graphics including third party digital content.
  • Able to use our existing design systems to maintain design consistency, whilst also being creative within those parameters.
  • Keep the brand consumers in mind when designing, creating content that’s relevant to them.
  • Work with teams across the wider business to understand their objectives and briefs, and deliver suitable creative designs that meet those objectives.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director leading members of your team, educating them on what good looks like.

What you’ll bring:  

  • You have a vast knowledge of typography and design and you enjoy collaborating to make your work even better.
  • Rich previous experience working in a design agency or a similar fast-paced creative environment.
  • Confident in leading projects and mentoring the members of the team from creative ideation to final delivery.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on campaigns, branding and digital design assets.
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite- motion design and animation a bonus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Please note Pentland HQ is currently in Finchley, north London.  We will be relocating to Farringdon, central London in June 2024.
