If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Product Development team as a Product Developer, with a primary focus on our Equipment range of bags and rucksacks.

 

The role you’d play:

 

  • Develop and create tech packs in PLM to effectively communicate requirements for design aesthetic, fit, load transfer, and construction.
  • Lead fitting sessions and proto reviews, ensuring prototypes accurately reflect construction specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Asia team counterparts to optimize the development process and prototype approval.
  • Drive a collaborative approach to product development, working closely with in-house sampling teams and design.
  • Ensure consumer needs and sustainability targets are prioritized in development decision-making.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget through rigorous product/cost engineering and manufacturing feasibility assessment.
  • Propose cost-saving solutions to achieve seasonal margin targets while balancing creativity and functionality.

 

What you’d bring:

 

  • Technical product development experience in sports/outdoor equipment/apparel.
  • Experience in engineering products to enhance margin, quality, and efficiencies.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with technical fabrics and componentry.
  • Familiarity with PLM, Adobe Illustrator, and/or 3D software (CLO, Browzwear) is an asset.
  • Ability to think creatively with strong attention to detail.
  • Capacity to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for our products, development, and company success.
