Pentland Brands is seeking a dedicated individual to join our returns team as a Repair and Returns Coordinator. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in resolving product complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our sustainability efforts.

The role you’d play:

• Provide outstanding service to both our partners and end consumers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Act as the main contact for all wholesale faulty returns, overseeing the inspection process for returned products.
• Determine if claims are covered by our product guarantee, providing clear explanations for decisions made.
• Coordinate customer repair requests with third-party providers and perform in-house repairs when necessary, contributing to our Repairhaus initiative aimed at reducing landfill waste.
• Maintain accurate and reliable data in our Returns Management System (Salesforce), utilizing data analytics to drive continuous improvements.
• Assist the QA Technologist in identifying and addressing quality issues, conducting inspections, and providing relevant reports.
