As a Product Administrative Assistant, you will act as a support to the wider Speedo Product Merchandising team in the smooth running of day-to-day operations.  Key to success will be ensuring that tasks are undertaken accurately and in a timely manner.

Please note, this is a fixed term position until the end of 2024.

About the role:

  • Manage creation and upkeep of mainline, exclusives, and SMU line plans.
  • Input and manage merchandising data in PLM system.
  • Assist in creating and tracking product briefs.
  • Maintain team trackers and support critical path activities.
  • Handle data collation, reporting, and analysis, including market and competitor data, while also providing general administrative support and ad-hoc assistance to merchandising team and cross-functional partners.

About you:

  • Previous experience within an operational/ administrative support role
  • Familiarity with data management and product lifecycle management systems preferred.
  • High numeracy levels with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Effective communication and excellent collaborator
  • Use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical with strong excel skills and a data driven approach.
  • Able to be hands-on and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in retail, particularly apparel would be beneficial.
