National Account Manager – Amazon

Join us at Pentland Brands as a National Account Manager for our Amazon account, where you'll oversee both our Berghaus and Endura brands. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing sales, profit, sell-through, brand presence, and digital KPIs for both brands.

 

About the role:

 

  • Working closely with Pentland Brands Amazon account team, planning, buying & merchandising teams: monitor, challenge & lead course-correction recommendations for our Outdoor & Cycle brands (Berghaus & Endura) as required to deliver turnover & profit goals.
  • Utilise data and insight to scope, recommend and execute plans/opportunities/mitigate risk and drive efficiency opportunities within the account / accounts across the Pentland brands business for all areas of the business from trade marketing to operations.
  • Manage the Go To Market critical path of the Endura and Berghaus brands ensuring delivery of key propositions through the persuasive planning framework and an emphasis on thorough preparation, an excellent understanding of customer needs and a focus of achieving clear goals.
  • Manage both the internal and external relationships across functions to enable delivery of an aligned 3 year Brand strategy focussing on getting the right product to the right consumer at the right time.
  • Design, deliver and execute aligned customer joint business plans (1-3 years) that deliver against the financial, go to market / brand presence and efficiency targets.

 

About you

 

  • You will have experience in digital retailing, ideally with experience in managing a 1P business on Amazon.
  • You will have an interest in the outdoor/cycling market.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and build strong relationships quickly.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset.
  • You are commercially minded, capable of driving business growth and maximizing profitability.
