Creative & Content is the Pentland center of excellence for development and production of best-in-class, creative content. We want to build a content factory that powers Pentland’s brands to be the most famous, the most relevant, the most desired and the easiest to purchase. We want to tell beautiful stories about our brilliant brands, stories that bridge between creative communications and creative selling. We need to be ‘chefs at the pass’ for the brands delivering consistency and coherence across all touchpoints. We will have digital baked into everything we do – we will always start with our consumers and then build ideas around their behavior.

We’re ambitious – we don’t just want to be a content factory; we want to be the best content factory delivering brilliant work at speed and at scale.

Digital first is critical to the future success of Pentland Brands. We are in an era of digital transformation as we change the way our brands communicate with our consumers. Social content and digital design are key elements in building these modern brands.

We are looking for someone with a real passion for creating content that starts in social. You’ll be up for getting out and about capturing content and getting it uploaded to our social channels. You’ll have an innate knowledge of the key platforms and coupled with brilliant knowledge of our brands, you’ll push best in class work in that thrives in social.

You’ll be excellent at taking our brands’ worlds and making sure that they come to life across all digital touchpoints in ways that surprise and delight consumers, make our products irresistible and are utterly consistent.

This role will focus on Speedo – one of the world’s most iconic brands, the biggest brand in swim. Great if you have an interest in the category already, beyond that we’re looking for someone to really help refresh how the brand shows up – making us more relevant, more desirable, and more famous.

You’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground in the US – able to take the brands to what is happening in the market in a way that brings the best of the brands, to culture.

Perhaps most importantly, you will be part of building a culture of curiosity, craft, and creative energy. The Creative & Content team should feel like the epicenter of creative fizz at Pentland Brands.



  • Design and execute layouts for homepage features, landing pages, mobile, email and blog posts.
  • Design & create social media content such as IG stories to drive social commerce.
  • Conceive, design, and translate data points and content into compelling infographics and visuals.
  • Perform simple illustration editing and photo retouching tasks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on fresh ways to bring editorial concepts to life in a manner that is on-brand, innovative, iterative, and collaborative.
  • Continually raise the bar for online VI, with an understanding of Speedo’s different consumers and suggesting visual improvements based on this.
  • Apply typography, image, and treatment techniques.
  • Implement HTML coding when necessary for homepage content and email.
  • Create digital marketing paid social & display banner ads.

Great work

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop the best, stickiest work.
  • Write best in class creative briefs borne out of consumer insight/data.
  • Help sell the work and build communications and architectures that inform all campaign activity through the funnel.
  • Partner with brand teams, internal teams, and external teams across the business – especially leaning into the digital and THG teams to support seamless brand experience.


  • Build a culture of creativity and curiosity that floods across the organization. We want you to be the bastion of creativity at Pentland Brands, constantly looking up and out into culture, the industry, tech, and beyond. The C&C team should feel like the epicenter of creative fizz at Pentland Brands.


  • Proven track record in digital design and online best practices.
  • A firm awareness of current visual and cultural trends.
  • Ability to tell compelling stories through content that is highly shareable.
  • Understanding of TikTok platform and trends.
  • Confident creating and editing TikToks.
  • Understanding and experience creating social media content, in line with brand guidelines and reactive to cultural trends.
  • Understanding of digital marketing ad types and experience creating digital-first content.
  • In depth knowledge of the market and what is happening culturally.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
  • An understanding of typography, image, and treatment techniques.
  • A good understanding of motion graphics to develop kinetic typography, logo animations, and video transitions.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Proactive mindset-always presenting new ideas or solutions.
  • Proven strong creative and trend skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar work experience preferred.
  • Must be a team player.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and determined within a range that allows growth and development within your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.
