Play a vital role supporting the Global Supply Planning team ensuring that the buying process for our Team Sports range operates effectively.

 

Supply Planning Assistant – About the Role

  • Developing and coordinating standard operating procedures to support effective supply
  • Creation, circulation, and management of critical paths/calendars for the function
  • Salesman sample ordering, tracking, and reporting to stakeholders
  • Creation and management of raw material database to minimise liability and ensure supply
  • Supporting Supply Planners in raising and placing purchase orders with vendors in SAP
  • Management of purchase orders within InforNexus
  • Communication with internal stakeholders on supply challenges
  • Attending vendor meetings review performance and agree improvement plans
