Drive consumer understanding at Speedo and Endura US, utilizing this knowledge of consumers’ lives to focus our brands on the biggest priorities, strongly influencing brand and regional strategy. With your deep knowledge of the North American landscape you will enable insight and data-led decision making in this region.

Partner with our US teams to identity research needs and deliver relevant and impactful insights that inform our plans. Be the voice of the consumer from concept to execution e.g., concept testing through to in-store experience analysis and comms testing

In close collaboration with the Senior Insights Manager – Consumer you will help to establish and then manage a community testing programme for Speedo and Endura in the US, fueling opportunity identification, and consumer closeness

Set up and execute concurrent qual & quant research projects, providing insights to the brand and regional teams that help optimise and validate new ideas & concepts, as well as their current experiences.

Influence our regional strategy, applying your deep knowledge of the North American landscape. Engage audiences via effective storytelling: translating complex data into compelling narratives

Deliver quarterly market reports, effectively synthesising multiple data streams to highlight business opportunities and risks.

Support regional teams on their journey to becoming more self-sufficient, building confidence and improving data literacy

Drive cultural change and consumer centricity across our North American business

Identify and manage regional agency partners, maximising the value we get from our agencies and resources.
