A fundamental role at the heart of the digital product function. The role will work on Pentlands B2B websites as we go through a digital transformation  

The role you’d play:

  • Super User for CMS platforms, ensuring accurate activation and front-end campaign execution.
  • Manage the effective setup of promotions and clearance offers, and assist with email execution via CRM systems
  • Managing site product data & content set up to ensure the timely delivery of seasonal launches and product propositions.
  • A key liaison across the Digital and IT function, identifying and logging site related issues, taking ownership and nurturing tickets through to resolution.
  • Working with the IT team on site deployments thoroughly testing site enhancements & bug fixes before setting live to customers
  • Support business analyst to Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating to IT where appropriate in timely manner
  • Support the team to manage business stakeholders at all levels

  • Focus on delivering a great experience and resolving incidents quickly
  • Process driven and understands the importance of strong governance and control
  • Content Management System experience
  • Understanding of the digital business setup e.g. trading, distribution, customer service and how they work together to deliver world class service
  • Strong IT skills and able to multi-task and navigate across multiple complex systems
  • Confident using Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Flexibility to work across multiple brands and support other teams when needed
  • Any experience using Jira, hybris, SAP or PIM advantageous

The must haves:

  • High numeracy levels with a keen eye for detail.
  • Can demonstrate sound decision-making based on intuition and judgement
  • Good communication and excellent team player, confident dealing with colleagues at all levels including management
  • Effective time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Use of CMS platforms such as hybris or ticket management systems such as Jira advantageous
  • Highly analytical with strong (advanced) excel skills
  • Commercially aware to maximise sales and profit opportunities
  • Able to be hands-on and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
