Develop and maintain KPI reporting for specific areas of the business (Supplychain, Logistics and Merchandising)

'What if' scenario planning to determine optimised business processes and plans

Pro-active analysis to identify growth areas for process change, order cycles and deliveries

Pro-active analysis to optimise stock useage given current stocks and future deliveries

Retrospective analysis to show performance of stock and previous decisions

Work with Analytics to extract and validate data models to support analytical activity
