Pentland Brands has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to join our HR team. This opportunity offers great potential with an EMEA remit and will be focused on compensation, benefits, and global mobility. You will work closely with the Head of Reward, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Comms & Engagement team to both support the development of reward strategy and perform operational reward work.


The role you’d play as Reward Partner:


  • Be the subject matter expert on UK and EMEA Compensation.
  • Accountable for compensation and benefits in the EMEA region, working in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Comms & Engagement team.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation and benefits programmes, developing policies, and managing third party providers, and communicating compensation and benefits structures to stakeholders within the company.
  • Reporting to the Head of Reward, leading on EMEA compensation and benefit projects, supporting, and influencing the Regional HR Team and ensuring there is alignment and consistency to our global and regional frameworks
  • Overseeing the global Annual Salary & Bonus review process, supporting HR operations and the regional leads for the project.
  • Supporting regional leads in managing global mobility assignments in conjunction with the Head of Reward.


What you’d bring as Reward Partner:


  • Strong demonstrated experience in EMEA compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of delivering multiple projects against specific timelines.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, ambitious, and dynamic environment.
  • An analytical thinker who enjoys working with data to provide analysis to enable robust decision making across the business.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills).
  • Strongly attentive to detail.
  • Able to apply a common sense approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Committed to achieving targets and raising quality.
  • Organised, pro-active, multi-tasker.
