The Role:


Demand Planning

+ Creating forecasts at the relevant level (product or category)

+ Running & owning monthly demand & supply reviews, including validation of all relevant inputs to build future forecasts – feeding into a wider business S&OP

+ Input into channel range merchandise planning where necessary

+ Working closely with the supply chain teams for short, medium & longer-term forecasts for logistics, stock and capacity planning

+ Converting the demand plan into a monthly buy plan, ensuring that the relevant inventory management policies are in place to maximise availability and minimize stock risk

+ Working closely with the supply chain teams for short, medium & longer-term forecasts for logistics, stock and capacity planning

+ Full understanding of short to medium term marketing plans with analysis of previous promotional performance, to understand the impact on demand plans

+ Monitoring stock levels, considering opportunities for stock utilization across channels / regions


Warehouse Management

+ Managing inbound, warehousing and outbound operations in the DC with 3PL partner

+ Managing 3PL and DC daily operations, service level and cost control

+ Reconciling inventory levels in SAP and WMS

+ Provide bi-weekly, monthly and annual forecast to 3PL for capacity and resource planning

+ Check monthly billing documents and make sure all invoice amounts are correctly charged

+ Work with 3PL on continuous improvements

+ Provide management visibility on DC operations and costs

+ Support price negotiations for new services and ad hoc requests from the brands

What you need to have:

+ Previous experience in a role working with supply and/or demand planning

+ Knowledge and experience in global supply chain management, particularly concrete exposure in warehouse management.

+ Knowledge of buying processes and forecasting methodologies

+ Advanced skills in Excel and how to manipulate the data to produce analysis

+ Convincing data presentation, tailored to specific audiences

+ Understanding of merchandising, forecasting, production processes

+ Knowledge of S&OP

+ Experience of working in multi-functional and multi-geographical environment.

+ Exposure in ERP systems, preferably SAP.

+ English & Mandarin language competence at business level.
