The role:

As part of the offline wholesale team, you will be responsible for direct management of some small accounts in North China, support North China Sales Manager in offline sales data collection and analysis to give a basis report, and to make sure franchisees well execution of incl. store upgrade/opening process, store authorization process, brand campaign and sales promotion, etc.

The role you’d play:

•Manage appointed customers in certain regions on behalf of North China Sales Manager to ensure achievement of target sales and store opening from these customers.

•Collect monthly sales & store data from customers on time and check the accuracy of data to share with Sales Manager & Demand Planning team when appropriate

•Assist Sales Manager to analyse sales data from customers and evaluate sales performance by store, city, region and offline distribution channel

•Execute store opening/upgrade process incl. store application and store layout communication, after store opening sales tracking.

•Pay regular store visit, cooperating with VM team to improve franchisees store operational capabilities and store visit follow up.

•Execute store authorization process incl. store authorization application, store authorization list tracking, send store authorization letter.

•Assist Sales Manager to get order call-off plan from customer.

•Assist finance team to speak to customer to get their payment plan and facilitate payment when payment issues arise. Prepare the documents of payment to franchisees

•Collect basic feedback from customers to help Sales Manager understand customers' general business status

•Communicate with CS team and demand planning team to meet franchisees’ stock order request.

•Assist tradeshow arrangement including invite list, seating plan, 1-2-1 meetings etc

The must haves:

•A passion for and an understanding of wholesale, along with the desire to translate this passion into exploring our opportunities in China

•Solid negotiation skills

•Good communication skills

•Team player & positive attitude

•Related experience with retail brand, offline channel.

•Basic English communication skills

•Data collection and analysis skill
