Role overview:  

 

As a Merchandising Administrative Assistant, you will act as a support to the wider merchandising team in the smooth running of day-to-day operations.  Key to success will be ensuring that tasks are undertaken accurately and timely.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Running regular reports, reviewing data, distributing to the team, and aiding analysis
  • Supporting the creation and logging of product briefs
  • Aid the assistant merchandisers in line plan creation
  • Support the team in centralising documentation
  • Data entry and general administrative duties
  • Maintain team trackers and support critical path activity
  • Ad-hoc support to key cross functional partners
  • Meeting set up and organisation

 

 

The must haves: 

  • High numeracy levels with a keen eye for detail
  • Effective communication and excellent collaborator
  • Effective time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Previous experience within an admin support tole
  • Use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical with strong (advanced) excel skills and a data driven approach
  • Able to be hands-on and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
