We are looking for Junior Supply Planner to join our team in Sunderland, who is responsible for managing and supporting supply chain operations within the Global Supply Planning team. This role will support activities with our vendors and Pentland business stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.


You’ll work with internal and external teams to handle our purchase order administration activities and achieve on time & in full delivery of goods. To support the growth in Team Wear/Made to Order business and continuous improvements in supply chain excellence.


The role you’d play as Junior Supply Planner


  • Monitoring production plans with our global vendor base to ensure we meet our business objectives.
  • Handling of direct delivery and distribution centre purchase orders from our global customers within our SAP, WIP & Nexus systems from our global customers.
  • Assisting the co-ordination of capacity and material management with vendors.
  • Supporting our Made to Order (MTO) business with capacity planning, purchase order processing and production tracking for our global business.
  • Working in partnership with internal stakeholders and systems to highlight delays and maintain accurate, on time information to support business success.
  • Co-ordination with relevant teams to monitor critical path activities where needed.
  • Identifying non-conformances against agreed processes and developing ways of working with our vendor base to provide solutions.
