Roles & responsibilities
+ Support initial project of opening LazMall store -working with Project Leads and Project Manager plus Trading Partner (3rd party service providers)
+ Cross functional collaboration with digital, product and marketing teams
+ Understanding consumer behaviour (through data) and making necessary changes to improve overall experience
+ Ensuring that the store is the optimal representation of the brand and deliver the best possible consumer experience
+ Ensuring that consumer behavior and insights are fed back into the business
+ Input into buy and ranging – working closely with the Operations team
+ Working closely with TPs on Customer Service, Warehousing and fulfilment)
+ Continuous review and enhancement of the stores to improve the customer experience and sales in line with brand guidelines
+ Integration and/or management of TPs
+ Data analysis to identify store improvements and sales opportunities.
+ Campaign co-ordination and ownership of the marketing calendar
+ Manage external agencies and stakeholders
+ Master data, product photography, copy, product descriptions, price books
+ Develop insight driven merchandising strategy
+ Direction on the marketing budget / spend on SEO / SEM and Paid search
+ Visual merchandising of the products and product categories on the store, using sales data and visual merchandising guidelines
+ Report on store and marketing campaign performance, advise and recommend actions to improve conversion and overall performance
+ Continuously suggest improvements for the store operations and functionality to ultimately increase revenue and improve experience
+ Cross functionally working across the business to make sure that the sites are optimised from a product, information, campaign and brand perspective
What you need to have:
+ Experience setting up, operating and delivering a winning LazMall or Shopee store(s) is highly desired
+ Experience and knowledge of Asia or China ecommerce & market places
+ Essential knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools including T-mall analytical tools
+ Understanding in internet technologies and can use a wide range of software systems
+ Experience / technical & interpersonal skillset
+ Fluent English. Mandarin preferred but not essential
