As a Digital Product Manager, you will sit in the heart of our Digital, Data and Technology function leading and delivering on Pentland Brand’s growing global digital offering.

In this role you will…

• Work with the wider digital team to create & implement the D2C/ digital roadmap.
• Oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget & have been prioritized accordingly.
• Establish & maintain strong relationships with our third parties & vendors.
• Manage business stakeholders at all levels & regions to ensure tasks are delivered on time & manage change during project delivery.
• Reporting on the progress of projects to business stakeholders at all levels & Identify project risks and opportunities and escalate where appropriate.
• Work closely with technical project leads to plan sprints, technical deployments & releases & ensure effective translation of business requirements into user stories.

About you

• Strong experience as a digital product manager or project manager in the digital space is a must.
• Data driven: Confident using and interpreting different data sources to inform decisions. Proficient in using product management tools to drive and optimise processes.
• Project management experience: Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies & best practices with working knowledge of Jira & SmartSheets is advantageous
• Strong communication skills: Confident dealing with colleagues at all levels including management & technical & non-technical teams
• Customer experience: Focused on delivering a great experience and resolving incidents quickly
• Driven: Able to be hands-on and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines & drive forward the digital roadmap
