As Customer Operations Team Leader, you will manage a team of Customer Operations Executives to service a portfolio of accounts and brands within the international distribution channel whilst ensuring that an optimal level of support is given to internal stakeholders and our customers.

About the role:

  • Lead by example within the Customer Operations Team, driving best-in-class service for Pentland Brands and our customers.
  • Manage a team of Customer Operations Executives, overseeing order placement, stock allocation, logistics, VAS requirements, and customer communications.
  • Engage closely with international partners, ensuring smooth commercial and customer relations.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation and global logistics, and handle order management processes, including cancellations and returns.
  • Utilise SAP and produce data analysis on order books and supply chain, while aligning with Salesforce and Pentland Connect initiatives.

About you:

  • Team leadership: Experience leading a team or being a high performer within an operational function.
  • Stock management: Proficient in managing stock, orderbooks, and handling administrative duties such as raising cancellations, credits, debits, invoicing, and orders.
  • Global accounts: Skilled in managing or working with global accounts, multinational distributors, and retailers.
  • Customer service: Preferable international exposure in customer service or key account sales support.
  • Data analysis: Experience in interpreting large amounts of data and confident in reporting procedures.
  • Export knowledge: Preferable experience with export procedures and documentation.
