Pentland Brands are excited to bring to the market a dynamic Customer Operations Executive (Teamwear) role based in Sunderland. In this role, you will service a portfolio of accounts working closing with various stakeholders to meet the needs of our customers including Berghaus, Speedo, Mitre, Canterbury, Lacoste footwear and kickers brands.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about Customer success and is willing to challenge ways of working and learn new things, within a supply operations function. The role you’d play as a Customer Operations Executive (Teamwear):


  • Own order placement across various order types using multiple systems.
  • Prioritise and process customer orders and requests.
  • Allocate Order Book stock to Customers in line with requirements, coordinating the delivery to the customer via our network of distribution channels.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status updates, including any delays or changes in delivery.
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of sales orders and/or to help resolve any sales order queries.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints.


What you’ll bring as a Customer Operations Executive (Teamwear):


  • Experience of working closely with customers and be able to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, ability to navigate complexity and be ability to organise yourself effectively.
  • Stock management and orderbook management skills
  • A Knowledge of SAP would be desirable however full training will be given.
