Job title: Credit Control Administrator

The role of Credit Administrator is part of the Credit Control function, whose purpose is to ensure that we minimise our credit risk on sales and collect cash in a prompt manner.The role will focus on management and cash collection for our smaller customers.

The role you'll play:

+ You'll be responsible for cash collection for our smaller customers.  

+ Order book management for your customers.

+ Ensuring that pro-forma payments are taken where necessary, and cash allocations.

+ Building relationships with customers, ensuring that queries are resolved and account balances are settled.

+ Ensuring that notes on your accounts are kept up to date and that good housekeeping is in place.

+ Issuing standard communications (statements, reminder letters) to all customers in line with the company policy.

+ You'll be responsible for the daily management of the customer relationship management platform - SalesForce.

+ Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.

+ An understanding of Accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
