Pentland Brands is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Executive (EDI Coordinator). This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of Wholesale Customer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and supply chain transactions across all brands within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers, optimising efficiencies, and minimising chargebacks.

 

The role you’d play:

 

  • Coordination of Wholesale Customer EDI transactions and supply chain activities across all Pentland Brands within the EMEA region.
  • Liaison between internal IT teams, third-party EDI partners, and customers.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to maximise efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring the company meets customer EDI Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to avoid chargebacks and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to streamline processes and resolve EDI-related issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EDI technology and supply chain management to continuously improve processes and systems.

 

What you’d bring / be as:

 

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workflow.
  • SAP experience desirable.
